Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - eCommerce - CA

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team, a top VC-funded international industrial product marketplace. As a key player in the finance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company's fiscal health.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.

- Reporting and Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.

- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust control measures.

- Audit and Taxation: Collaborate with external auditors and manage tax compliance processes.

- Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.

- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- CA with 5-10 years of experience

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller in high-growth environments, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace industries.

- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience with VC-funded companies and familiarity with the startup ecosystem is desirable.
