JOB POSITION : SENIOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER

JOB LOCATION : BANGALORE

JOB DETAILS:

- CA with atleast 5 years of experience, preferred from a start-up environment/Manufacturing/Pharma Company.

- Have very thorough knowledge of tax, compliances, GST, etc

- Should have the experience of preparing financial statements

- Maintaining and finalization of books of accounts and preparation of Financial Statements. Handling of statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit and IFC audits

- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Review of physical stock and finalisation of stock report on monthly basis. Also focus and action drive on slow moving and non-moving stock

- Liaising and negotiating with Banks for raising fund and non-fund-based facilities to finance Working Capital requirements from time to time

- Filing of GST monthly returns, annual return and refunds

- Experienced in setting up and working on ERP software

- Good in excel

- Very good stakeholder management experience

- Candidates should ideally be from a process driven organization, where the person is extremely hands-on and independent worker. Will Largely be an individual contributor and drive the Finance function.

Good communication skills is a must.
