Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts Compliance - Online/eCommerce

Key Responsibilities :

- S/he will ensure that various initiatives pertaining to financial planning, budget monitoring, cash flow management, tax planning, advance tax, TDS, GST, etc. are carried out in the organization conforming to the underlying corporate policies and procedures.

- Ledger Scrutiny of all ledgers and correction of entries in the system. Passing journal entries and book closure entries

- Prepare workings for GST/ TDS/ Advance tax and responsible for filing returns

- Should be able to manage and overlook day to day operations of finance & accounts

- Should be able to carry out book closure activities on monthly/ quarterly basis

- S/he will be responsible for Capex and Working Capital Management & fund management.

- S/he should ensure controls of costs within budgets and planned expenditure - element of Controllership.

- S/he should improve financial and business controls including ICFR, etc.

- S/he will be responsible to drive enterprise risk management process, establish essential controls measures in the organization and manage the corporate governance process.

- S/he will be expected to manage and oversee statutory compliance and audit and ensure the timely and accurate filings of all the required statutory and tax reporting.

- S/he will be expected to understand ever-evolving expectations and requirements of internal and external auditors and based on the same facilitate development and implementation of a robust information management system to cater to all data needs.
