Location : Dankuni (Near Kolkata) Professional Qualification - CA and CS with membership numbers from the respective Institutes Work Experience : 10-15 years (preferably in process industry/manufacturing industry) KRA's and Responsibilities : Senior Manager- Finance and Accounts - Accountable for the financial, commercial operations of the company &amp; is the custodian of companies- assets both fixed &amp; current - Ensure correct accounting practice as per law &amp; Ind AS and give a true &amp; fair picture. - Managing cash &amp; fund flow / maintaining relations with banks - Timely preparation of MIS &amp; final accounts P/L, BS with schedules - Ensure control on debtors &amp; creditors - Working capital management. Managing all inventories &amp; material indenting - Handling statutory &amp; Internal auditors - Knowledge of Tally/ SAP Company Secretary Role - Filing of various Statutory Forms, Returns etc with ROC, MCA etc. within stipulated time period - Provides legal and administrative support and guidance to the board of directors - Maintaining the statutory registers of the company (register of directors and secretary, register of members, register of directors- and secretaries- interests and register of debenture holders) and making them available for inspection to those entitled - Ensuring that guidance is provided to the board on corporate governance matters Candidates having well updated knowledge on general awareness/current affairs and regular reading habits will be given preferences.
