Senior Manager FInance and Accounts

Job Description :

- CA with 7 + years of experience, Preferably worked with good CA firm in audit function and some knowledge in industry

- Handling Consolidation of Financials of Subsidiaries and guiding the local teams for accounting issues and implementation of Parent policies in all the subsidiaries.

- Preparing monthly and quarterly financials, variation analysis and sharing it with the management and regular basis.

- Coordinating with Statutory and Internal auditors and Line of business heads for executing the Statutory and Internal audits and Quarterly Limited reviews.

- Handling quarterly reporting of results to Stock Exchanges.

- Ensuring day to day compliance with Corporate Policies and sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Act, Listing Agreement Clause 49, RBI rules and regulations.

- Incharge of Insurance, Banking activities and coordinating with Bankers for day to day banking activities and keeping strict controls over banking activities and processes.

- Preparing key role in MIS and other financial responsibilities on a regular basis. Handling all Accounts payable, Payroll Payments, Banking activities within the Company

- Playing Key role in designing Controls and Processes to be implemented within the organization.

- Candidates from top CA companies preferred ( Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, Ernst & Young, BDO, S S kothari, Lodha & Company, RSM international etc.)
