Financial Reporting

Board Reporting

Shareholder Reporting

Disclosure documents to SEBI / Stakeholders/ and other related public sector undertakings

Statutory Compliance and other legal matters

Responsible for Vendor Payments

Closing Books of accounts

Maintain General Ledger

Fixed Asset Management

IFRS implementation

Taxation- Both direct and indirect
