1. MIS & Business Finance

Meeting Management Information needs of Businesses, Board Reports, Interacting with Business and supporting them in structuring there businesses, Indirect tax input to the business, Commercial saviness and understanding, Budgeting & Planning etc.

2. Accounting & Processes

Maintaining of Books of Accounts across Main Company and several subsidiaries companies in Tally, Transitioning to SAP, Implementing Manual & System Controls on Payments and Revenues, writing SOP, Management of large team, Indirect Tax Compliances, etc

3. Taxation

Handle Service Tax, VAT, Excise, Customs and other Taxation Statutes for the Business

Critical Exposure required - experience in Service Tax, VAT, Excise & Customs from a law point of view, interpretation of law.

Qualification Required- Chartered Accountant

Experience- Minimum 8 Years post qualification
