Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Manager to lead and manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, accounting, indirect tax compliance. The Sr. Mgr will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the financial Accounting, Reporting and Consolidation process

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, reports, financial statements, and analyses in accordance with IndAS and other applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and regulations with respect to GST, Customs duty, and other indirect taxes

- Support and ensure compliance to statutory audits

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and relevant to decision making.

- Collaborate relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.

- Support in designing the processes in financial accounting, reporting and consolidation in a new ERP development

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in finance and accounting

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and other accounting standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to learn and influence outsourcing team.

- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in a high-growth, demanding environment preferred.
