- Independent handling of Accounting function for India and overseas entities

- Independent handling of AP and AR functions including banking and operational fund management.

- Ensuring domestic compliances of TDS, VAT and Service tax including monthly payments, quarterly and half-yearly returns.

- Exposure to overseas branch Accounting

- Responsible for Statutory Audit/Tax Audit/Internal Audit

- Ensure compliance of companies financial polices

- Coordination w.r.t branches and subsidiary company

- Coordinating with Auditors - statutory and internal

- Establishing and maintaining processes and controls on finance aspects and policies across the organization.

- Managing coordination internally with various functions and ensuring smooth and hassle-free support for payments, requests for information and other activities.

- Coordination with department as and when need arises.
