Senior Manager - Finance - eCommerce enabler for D2C brands

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will direct and oversee the financial activities of the organization, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

What you will need to do:

- Managing the global finance teams and ensuring maintenance of proper books of accounts for all Group entities comprising entities in - India, the US, the UK and the UAE and setting up systems for compliance with regulations in these countries.

- Monitoring monthly MIS to be submitted to the board and investors

- Taking an active part in commercial negotiations with clients and finalizing commercial aspects of agreements

- Finalization of books and coordination for annual audits and annual tax compliances.

- Holding discussions with Bankers, lenders and Investors and evaluating the best sources of finance for funding operations of the company

- Coordination with investors and DD teams and ensuring timely closure of funding rounds.

- Overseeing the generation of all financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and reports to government agencies.

- Making or overseeing any necessary revisions to future estimates and budgets by comparing sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses.

- Evaluating the planning process and make recommendations for improvements.

- Examining operations to see which areas need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated.

- Collaborating with the Board of Directors/ Founder and other executives to coordinate planning and set planning priorities.

- Researching long-term economic trends and forecasts their impact on future sales and market share growth.

- Looking for ways to expand into new geographical markets.

- Managing accounting.

What you need to have:

- CA and Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.

- 9+ years of Work experience in Accounting and Finance.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, FreshBooks and QuickBooks is an added advantage

- Strong English Communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

- People Management and Leadership skills
