Senior Manager - Finance

Responsibilities :-

- Review of Financial statements and MIS

- Preparation of Budget.

- Preparation of Cost saving Initiative and Cost control.

- Ensure collections realisation.

- Control on capex.

- Co-ordinate with bankers for loans taken

- Overall Compliances including with RBI/FEMA and other taxes

- Consolidation of International subsidiaries.

- Commercial closures of all business transactions.

- Contracts management

- Supporting Business heads in their day-day requirements

- Handling overall Compliances, Procure to Pay, GL scrutiny.

- Reviewing funding requirements and organising funds from the Group.

- Handling immediate requirements from the business.

- Automation of the existing manual processes.

- Team development

Qualifications :

- Preferably a CA/Full-time MBA with Hospitality experience

- 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
