Senior Manager - F&A Operations - BPO

Strong Candidature in F&A Domain

Candidate with experience in both corporate finance & F&A Ops would be preferred

- Drive adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures and processes and ensure that proper controls are in place

- Drive Order to Cash Process and improve upon the process timelines

- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with all associated regulations

- Build strong relationships in a multi-national organization: Should be able to build personal credibility and man-age the organizational complexity/matrix structures (local and global) by being a strong influencer

- Ensure development and implementation of Shared Service Centre SOPs, Policies, internal controls as per the norms and accounting guidelines followed

- Benchmark processes against best in class and drive the team accordingly to achieve expected cost savings through effective budgeting and control

- Create an internal customer centricity culture through effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs and performance metrics that measure the effectiveness of service delivery by the SSC

- Monitor the performance of the shared services and ensure that the Shared Services dashboard and performance metrics are shared periodically to the stakeholders

- Carry out appraisals and be responsible for counselling & mentoring of subordinates

- Plan timely training for respective departments to maintain and improve skills of team members

- Work with supervisors to understand the team's concerns and resolve them

- Delegate tasks appropriately and develop Supervisors and others to move to the next level

- Work under pressure, managing absenteeism, attrition and people issues

- Handle internal escalation as well as escalation from other teams in Global Shared Services regarding people issues or client issues

- Provide effective solutions and guide team members on various Functional issues

- Ensure the career development plan for each team member is adhered
