Senior Manager, External processing Agency & External Facility Management( Industrial By Products Management Division)

Key Responsibilities :

1.Manage Processing, value addition and Supply Chain of Seconds (HR Coils) at EPAs (External processing Agency), Marine Drive site.

2.Master Data, Material No., Stock reconciliation in SAP for all products thru CA's / EPAs, Purchased scrap and despatches to Customer locations within and outside the plant.

3.Techno Commercial assessment of the EPAs and EPA contract Management,

4.Exploring & developing new EPAs for value addition of By-product (metallic & non-metallic both) with proper technical due diligence and bring on board for operations.

5.Effective deployment of ABP/OSP (Volume, safety, quality, cost and morale) to meet financial and non-financial (CSI, Improved work environment etc) targets of P&SC, IBMD.

6.Establishing systems and processes by incorporating learnings from past experiences.

7.Drive the improvement and Shikhar projects for IBMD at the EPAs / CA's.

Key result Areas: 

Safety : To achieve zero incident and LTI through effective deployment of safety strategy as per IBMD's safety ABP at EPAs/ CAs/Marine Drive yard etc.

Production: 

- EPA /CA material processing & despatches, quality and addressing customer ( internal/external ) complaints.

- Driving new initiative projects related to value addition of by-products

- Developing new EPAs & its operation in asset light models contributing IBMD bottom line.

- EPA Techno - Commercial evaluation and EPA Contract Management.

- Material No., Master Data, Stock Reconciliation of all scraps from and to the EPAs/CAs.

- Review & Monthly MIS of EPA/CAs

External customer management : 

- Coordination with Marketing & Sales team, Logistics/CSD, External customers.

- Coordination with Business analyst group & Corporate Audit for adherence to norms in scrap Management.

Driving improvements: 

- Monitor and review Schemes/development projects/ improvement projects and Shikhar ideas

- Lead initiatives at external stock yard/EPA

- Ensure uniformity and consistency in operating practices across the units

- Drive and review improvement projects (internal and synergy related)

People development : 

- Enhance knowledge and skill of direct and indirect reportees

- Responsible for professional development of all employees in area of work

- Identify and initiate action to enhance quality and control cost within budget

Minimum Qualification - BE/B.Tech in any discipline or MBA with B.E/B.Tech
