Job Description:

The Senior Manager for Exports in the 3-wheelers division will spearhead and oversee all aspects of the export business, focusing on market expansion, relationship management with international partners, and achieving export sales targets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of international markets, strategic planning, and strong leadership to drive successful exports of 3-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential export markets for 3-wheelers.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the geographical presence of exports.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements to formulate effective market entry strategies.

2. Business Development and Sales:

- Develop and maintain relationships with international distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive export sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored marketing and sales strategies for different regions.

3. Export Operations Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end export operations, ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products to international markets.

- Monitor and optimize export processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining product quality.

4. Strategic Partnerships and Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with international distributors and key stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

- Address partner concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Develop and implement KPIs to track export performance, including sales volume, revenue, and market share.

- Generate regular reports on export performance, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.

- Use data-driven insights to assess strategies and make informed decisions to optimize export operations.
