Senior Manager - Export Commercial

Location : Gurgaon

Exp: 8+ years

Must Have's: SAP experience, Export Receivables and documentation and understanding of Accounting principles

Role :

1. Looking for Sales Commercial function of Exports. Main responsibilities includes Receivables Management, Export Compliances, Export Documentation and ECGC Insurance.

2. Receivable Management : Ensuring collection of overdue amount on or before due dates and controlling Debtors no of days

3. Contract Management : Execution of all Contracts on Commission/ Bonus with customers after vetting through legal dept.

4. Credit Management : Ensuring all export consignments are either covered under secured payment terms or under Insurance coverage.

5. Documentation : Co-ordination with all departments to ensure timely completion of Export documentation cycle in time.

6. Accounts : Follow up with Plant Accounts for clearing Accounting Entries, Advances, Adjustment checking, refund etc.
