Our client is a MNC that provides analytical instruments, software, services and consumables for the entire laboratory workflow
Responsibilities :
- Drive the learning strategy for the India Sales organization in collaboration with Channel Competency Manager and key stakeholders
- Support and enable the development, delivery and evaluation of Global & regional channel competency programs
- Deliver and facilitate training activities - coordinate bookings and participation across all mediums to include Face to face, conferences, webinars or remote workshops and other training solutions. Support the set up and delivery of channel training.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Channel Competency colleagues in the region and global.
- Work directly with local sales and Application Engineer Managers and build strong relationships to understand their team's development needs and coach/advise as necessary
- Build partnerships to create and promote formal and informal learning and professional development opportunities at all levels and areas of the sales organization
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Support the improvement of Learning Solution effectiveness, with analysis of local channel competency data including evaluation feedback, participation rates, competency and knowledge assessments, and make necessary recommendations.
- Ensure all learning and professional development activities are compliant & promote fair access and equal opportunity
Desired Candidate profile :
Education Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 10-15 years
Mandatory : Should have experience in learning & development or equivalent experience in designing and delivering learning programs and in sales strongly desired
