Senior Manager - HR & Executive Assistant to CHRO
- Min 3 years of Consulting experience
- Managed senior stakeholders in current/client organization
- Creative thinker, with excellent articulation skills

Work in a large and complex set up to assist GCPO in various strategic and functional priorities. Work across a variety of activities and diverse people, with sensitivity, integrity, trust, and tact. Facilitate high impact program initiatives that forwards the organizational goals. Interact and co-ordinate with various the business & functional heads to support decision making for the GCPO.
I. Supporting the GCPO's strategic priorities - Making time & information available to the GCPO to enable focus on strategic priorities:
- Monitoring information flow, ensuring a GCPO's involvement in a project or decision-making process ensuring best use of their time
- Reviewing engagements and priority areas with the GCPO and CTO periodically
- Work with HR teams and prepare content/ decks for NRC, Board, SGR etc. Articulate impact created by various HR projects of key importance
II. Ensuring effective communication from GCPO's desk - Reviewing, drafting, and guiding on internal and external communications from the GCPO's desk:
- Leading key interaction forums for the GCPO, including town halls and engagements with internal and external stakeholders and partners
III. Maintaining focus on governance and compliance - Preparing and setting the context for governance forums (both calendarized and those created on a short-term basis):
- Keeping GCPO clued in on non-compliances, areas requiring attention and monitoring for closure
