About The Role:

The Enterprise Risk Management Department is an independent and objective function that assists the Company to meet its objectives through a consultative approach. Specifically, we evaluate and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the company's processes, information systems, and underlying internal control environment to enhance the Company's risk management and governance processes.

The Incumbent will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management Department and will work closely in partnership with management throughout the Company to assess the Company's processes for identifying and managing business risk and delivering organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The candidate selected for this position will have a proven background as a financial and operational risk expert, ideally in a technology or information services company. He or she will have exceptional business leadership skills and be able to demonstrate superior business acumen.

This Is What You'll Do:

- Work with stakeholders to identify operational, reputational, financial, safety or security risks that the client company or organization may face

- Work with stakeholders to suggest mitigations and support Preparation of action plans to decrease risk factors

- Perform risk evaluations using Companies matrix, which assesses the impact or repeatability of risks

- Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation to minimize their future risks

- Prepare a risk-management budget

- Provide training and certification for organization staff so that they can be aware of risks and try to avoid them

- Work on Continuous Tracking of open risks, and develop schedule to track closure and recurrence of closed risks

Preferred Professional:

- Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification may be beneficial

- Experience working in a similar role

- Computer, data entry and MS Office skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately

- Strong attention to detail and organization

- Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk assistant or risk analyst)

- Ability to engage and work with Senior Stakeholders

- A solution-oriented mindset

- Ability to develop documentation and tracking mechanisms for risk management
