- 8+ years of marketing experience (4+ in enterprise tech) with expertise in a scaling and fast growing global start-up environment. - Degree in marketing at a minimum. - An ability to understand tech and business software - Ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including leadership teams, investor networks, C-level executives, business process owners. - Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights. - Excellent interpersonal skills - and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments. - Superb stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating relationships and prioritizing asks - The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward - Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies. - Develop the enterprise marketing playbook, marketing frameworks and standard operating procedures to support all GTM and integrated campaigns. - Collaborate with sales leadership for integrated campaigns across multiple channels and drive enterprise pipeline. - Work in collaboration with revenue teams globally to equip them with all the tools for success including collateral and training
