Job Purpose: The role is focused on leading marketing efforts in collaboration with business teams to establish ISB Executive Education as a premier brand for enterprises.
Job Outline:
Marketing Strategy: Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with both brand and enterprise business goals.
Content Creation: Generate content to strengthen and expand ISB's thought leadership in the domain.
Campaign Management: Design and execute segment, product, and account-based marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Communications Plan: Implement a results-driven, multi-platform, multi-channel communications plan consistent with the ISB Executive Education brand.
Sales Funnel Support: Collaborate closely with BD teams to guide prospective clients from initial contact to closure.
Event Management: Curate events and participate in external events that align with the brand philosophy.
Process Consistency: Create and adhere to a standard process checklist to ensure consistency and efficiency in a high-volume, high-intensity environment.
Campaign Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives, making necessary adjustments.
Collaboration: Work with various teams within ISB-EE, ISB, and external vendors for customized communications and marketing activities.
Logistics and Planning: Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for planning, scheduling, and managing logistics of activities.
Job Specification:
Knowledge/Education:
- Post-graduate degree in marketing/strategy.
- Degree in communications.
- Consistently high academic performance.
Specific Skills:
- Expertise in developing innovative campaigns and their continual optimization.
- Strong knowledge of content development in various formats.
- Proficient in business communication for B2B segments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building with stakeholders.
- Agility and goal orientation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas.
- Prior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales or marketing roles.
