Senior Manager - Engineering & Maintenance - Manufacturing Industry

Role :

- Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents

- Ensure uptime of equipment > 95% (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and Utility)

- Capex implementation within committed timeline, cost and quality

- Zero statutory non-compliance

- Adherence to budgeted operational cost

- Tracking, Monitoring and Minimizing Specific power consumption

- Capability building in the team

- Minimize waste generation

Candidate Requirement :

- BE Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with 12+ Years experience in Manufacturing Industry

- Able to handle a Large Team

- Hands on experience in processing equipment including Pneumatic conveying, Agitators, Silos, Screw feeders, Belt conveyors, Process pumps

- Hands on experience in HT/LT distributions, iMCCs, VFDs, Plant automation and DCS operations.

- Hands on experience in Compressors, Driers, Cooling towers, Pumps, WTP & ETP
