Senior Manager - Engagement Support Hub

Role Responsibilities-

Service delivery: Responsible for service engagement delivery and managing relationships with onshore stakeholders

- Ensure quality of delivery as per the Quality Management Framework

- Responsible for performance management of an audit support delivery team that is currently approximately 215 colleagues working for UK.

- Responsible to drive and embed continuous improvement culture

Additional and high priority responsibilities

- Ensuring high service levels through timely and effective delivery of SLAs and targets.

- Leading and driving performance to deliver an efficient, effective and timely service

- Managing delivery throughout Operations by ensuring available resources are deployed efficiently

- Play an active part in designing and analysing operational MI

- Motivate, develop and coach, Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to deliver quality work and to become effective leaders

- Being accountable for ensuring the team deliver against agreed SLAs
