Position: Senior Manager ER
Location: Noida
Job Description:
- To ensure that necessary Registration Certificates which are required to be obtained under Shops & Establishment Act and Contract Labour (R&A) Act for Client offices are obtained/renewed
- To monitor & ensure Compliance under Employment /Labour /Industrial Laws
- To ensure closure of Audit observations (audits conducted by Statutory Authorities).
- Vendors’ Compliance Audit, Gap identification and initiating necessary remedial measures
- Employee Relation management - disciplinary actions pertaining to Filed Employees & Employees
- Coordination on Labour litigation – updation, briefing the advocates on compliance & labour related litigation
- To support factories on statutory compliance audits/inspections by various statutory bodies and ensuring closure of audit observations/remarks.
- Improve/enrich the knowledge of HR Business Partners on compliance and Employee relations.
- To enhance compliance knowledge level amongst the Contractors
Supporting the plants to ensure the healthy industrial relation by following ways:
- Guiding the plants in initiating the disciplinary action.
- Guiding to plant HR personnel to solve the employee grievances.
- Guiding to plant HR personnel on the Contract Labour management.
