- Proactively formulate the best Employee Engagement policies for the plant and drive the implementation of these policies.
- Understand dynamics of the business. Align the employee engagement initiatives to create an effective organization
- Understand changes in the legal & statutory arena. Translate the changes into the implications for the company and proactively implement remedial measures.
- Create platform for quick resolution of critical employee grievances
- Motivate and influence the workmen, reinforce the company's cultural priorities and enable an ever-learning organization
- Influence the top management of the company and introduce various policies and measures to improve the overall effectiveness of the organization
- Devise and deploy employee and team recognition schemes in line with the latest trends in the market
- Conduct annual and half yearly communication sessions. Provide information to workmen on the achievements and future priorities
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of various employee welfare measures.
