Senior Manager - EHS - Agro/Fine Chemicals

Educational qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Full Time + AICTE).

- Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution is preferred.

Relevant experience:

- Wide experience and knowledge of Health and Safety. 15 to 20 years professional health and safety work experience required. Demonstrable work experience in the large manufacturing, Agro Chemicals, Fine Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Leading, planning and implementing safety organization work schedules, professionally developing the safety organization, and assigning duties to subordinates on a regular and ongoing basis.

- Staying aware of and ensuring compliance to the safety rules and regulations of Government.

- Ensuring compliance to internal health and safety policies, guidelines, and other requirements.

- Working with line management, ensure effective and comprehensive implementation of the internal Work Place Safety standards.

- Working with line operations, ensure Contractor Safety Management standards is implemented throughout the organization.

- Conducting job hazards analysis / risk assessments to ensure safe work.

- Conducting field inspections and safety audits in order ensure the compliance with all safety requirements.

Salary: 2,000,000.00 to 2,500,000.00 /year
