Role Description: We are seeking a Head of Marketplace for our digital-first and futuristic brand. The goal of this role is to effectively establish and grow these brands within online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the strategy for our presence on various online marketplaces, including product and category management and the selection of brand assortments. - Achieve sales targets on partner platforms as a seller brand, with a particular emphasis on boosting secondary sales. - Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing strategies. - Coordinate across different functions such as Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to achieve business objectives. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to spot trends, assess performance metrics, and make accurate forecasts. - Lead a team of Key Account Managers and operations executives to propel business growth. - Identify and address operational inefficiencies by improving or introducing new processes for enhanced operational excellence.
