Senior Manager - Innovation

Job Description :

Position Title : Senior Manager - DMI Marketing / Innovation

Division : Consumer Products Division

Location : HO, Mumbai

Key relationships : Ops Marketing/ Research Labs/ Commercial / Agencies / CMI / Finance / Merchandising/ Digital

Responsibilities : To support in the development of new products and renovate pillar products for the international brands.

Key Deliverables :

- Decode consumer insights and anticipate trends to write breakthrough concepts

- Collect, compare and synthesize international market data and propose actions based on findings. Analyse competitors (products and strategies)

- Follow the steps and deadlines of the Charter Marketing. Liaise with research, industrial and packaging development. Ensure detailed executional excellence

- Write the implementation kit for country team, recommending the marketing mix, for product launches and pillar-product renovations

- Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brands integrated communication platform

- Communicate fluidly with all departments in product development process (industry, agency, research- )

- Effectively prepare clear messages for the hierarchy to present to top management

Team Size and Profile (years of exp of team members) : No reportees

Education : MBA

Professional Experience : 6-10 years of work experience

Key Competencies :

- FMCG brand marketing / Digital marketing experience is mandatory.

Market & Consumer Insight :

- Identifies market drivers

- Translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights

- Thinks brand strategy
