A diversity and inclusion (D & I) initiative is aimed at enabling IT-BPM organizations to build a work environment that embraces diversity and where employees, customers, and other stakeholders thrive and succeed. To encourage member companies to create an environment that supports diversity and create platforms of knowledge exchange, across various forms of diversity & inclusion. To conduct and support research to create actionable data that could indicate trends and set benchmarks.
A key member of the team, s/he/they will be responsible for Diversity and Inclusions (D & I) initiatives. Broad structure of responsibilities is as below.
- Managing and driving organizational D & I initiatives.
- Work towards building thought leadership, industry engagements and consulting avenues in the area of D & I.
- Conceptualise, manage and execute D & I engagements, awards and events.
- Adhere to Organisation, donor and govt. regulations, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
- Responsible for marketing, generating leads and strengthening partnerships.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
Key Requirements :
- Post graduate in any relevant subject with 10+ years of post-qualification work experience
- Having work exposure in D & I is a must.
- Ability to understand new technology and concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, Strong representation skills to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks.
- Self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.
- Experience of team management.
Salary offered 15-18LPA
