WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: - Design and promote D&amp;I strategies that emphasize the firm's efforts towards and commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and culture &nbsp;- Partner with the internal committee on D&amp;I and the Human Capital group to devise and implement D&amp;I initiatives with a focus on achieving measurable and sustainable results &nbsp;- Research and explore industry trends and adopt best practices to increase workforce diversity and cultivate an inclusive environment - Identify and organize mediums to capture employee feedback and suggestions &nbsp;- Review firmwide policies, benefits, and practices to leverage the impact of diversity and foster an inclusive culture &nbsp;- Take a holistic, data-driven approach through extensive reporting and analytics to understand issues and generate suggestions and improvements. - Evaluate platforms and spearhead communications that maximize employee engagement and keep them abreast of D&amp;I efforts &nbsp;- Communicate with management and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements - Ensure compliance with state and/or country regulations on diversity and equality WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Ideal candidates should have:&nbsp; - A bachelor's or a master's degree with at least ten years of relevant experience in Human Capital, with a focus on developing and incorporating D&amp;I programs&nbsp; - A deep understanding and expertise of D&amp;I and knowledge of global trends&nbsp; - The ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with executive leadership&nbsp; - The capacity to multitask and manage large-scale projects&nbsp; - Excellent oral and written communication skills&nbsp; - Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities &nbsp;- A collaborative approach to coordinating between multiple internal and external stakeholders &nbsp;- Familiarity with and understanding of legal matters related to diversity, equality, and inclusion, specifically central/state government regulations, will be an added advantage - Candidates with relevant experience looking to restart their careers after a break are encouraged to apply for this position. - The Firm offers excellent benefits, a casual, collegial working environment, and an attractive compensation package. - We do not discriminate in employment matters on the basis of sex, race, colour, caste, creed, religion, pregnancy, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other protected class.
