Responsible for driving initiatives and supporting the distribution teams to ensure smooth functioning by getting assistance across functions. He/she will drive critical levers of distribution for building efficiency and manage various strategic activities of the department. He/she will be responsible to run data analytics to track sales performance; perform ad hoc analysis for management and research new processes to improve operational efficiencies.

- Contribute and own distribution strategy presentations reports.
- Gather relevant information from business functions and cross functional teams.
- Track industry updates on business & new initiatives.
- Drive sales team efficiency through process simplification.
- Provide KPI monitoring and analysis through focused MIS packs.
- Closely monitor the actual (revenue & expense) against the budgets.
- Provide information that is timely, relevant, understandable and facilitates the management decision - making process.
- Periodic governance with relevant business and cross functional stakeholders
Other responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure various IT, Non-IT, and efficiency related projects to deliver business excellence.
- Participate & contribute in various discussions with business to drive adoption of various tools.
Measures of Performance:
- Timely completion of presentations and reports.
- Development of new reporting formats.
- Deviation on performance parameters to be investigated and suggest action plan to control the same.
- Critical evaluation of business proposals.
- Timely closure of agreed action points in various governance meetings.
