- Mapping of Key strategic locations to deliver Product & Service Offers.
- Gap analysis between current & exp in the best possible manner.
- Drive Key projects to suspected network capabilities.
- Mapping the right to fill these gaps in the current product & service offer & also get the future-ready based on the evolving needs of customers/markets.
- MTSC Service Homogeneity across country - Emergency Roadside Assistance - Drive TL Repair Infrastructure - Single/centralized invoking for the customer.
- Channel Access Strategy for Product as well as for Service.
- Integrated invoicing Implementation of Group contract models with approval by the Legal Contract Manager (CLM in SFDC). - Customer DATABASE management - Manager of Dealer / Fleet Advisory council to capture customer feedback.
- Inter-category consistency & differentiation between different partnership programs based on the feedback captured through different councils including Consumer feedback.
- Availability of Service offers at strategic locations.
- Responsible for Driving Distribution Committee & Governance around critical/key initiatives. Formalization of processes for appointment/closures/upgrades/degrades/contracts @ advocate & durable level are developed & communicated along with RAC
- Update the panorama of competitor's offers & adapt the changes to ensure a competitive edge in the Program.
- Competitiveness of Michelin's partnership programs - Construction, running, and continuous improvement of the program offer appropriate dealer selection & consistent volume contribution Inter-category consistency & differentiation between different partnership programs appropriate suppliers' selection & optimized procurement conditions
