Senior Manager/Director - Training - BPO

A BPO based in Mumbai is looking at a Head Training to lead a team of 15 trainers.

This person should be a hands on person for training and will be responsible for Pre Process and Process training for the organisation. Should be strong on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain data base of employee training profile, capturing total training hours of each employee and the training attended in different categories

- Deliver training sessions on language, behavioral skills and leadership skills

- To coordinate with various Project Managers and Team Leaders to capture Project training details and training effectiveness of the project related training sessions

- Conduct a thorough training needs analysis exercise for all the employees in the organization

- To design and evaluate language test papers for different positions to recruit suitable candidates

- Coordinate with Internal and external faculty for to conduct training sessions

- The person should be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of L&D, responsible for doing TNA, Content idealization/ creation and Deliver the workshops.

- Responsible for needs analysis, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements

- Should have 3+ years of experience in Competency based Training, Adult Learning Principles, Training Delivery.

This role would report in to the head for Training in USA.
