Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Developing and Supporting Org's go-to-market strategy to target publishers, media and entertainment firms, streaming companies, and retail media networks in the Asia-Pacific regions. Org. services are well known in these markets, the go-to-market for a new technology service that's been recently incubated will coexist well with its traditional services.

2. Evangelizing and crafting a go-to-market strategy for Org's commerce solutions, which are centred around marketing cloud services like Sailthru and Salesforce and are targeted at D2C companies and niche retailers in the APAC region.

3. This role will touch all aspects of the business from the go-to-market standpoint, including marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), new logos, and follow-up on both the incoming leads and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

4. This role requires collaboration and working with teams from other departments within the business, such as operations, delivery, account management, and marketing.

5. The candidate is required to travel to Org. offices within India and overseas and meet with clients across APAC regions. Additionally, the candidate will manage teams in different geographies on an as-needed basis, attending conferences and client events as required.

6. The primary indicator of success for this position revolves around achieving growth and top-line revenue metrics. The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record and feel at ease showcasing these achievements from their prior professional experiences.

Candidature Preference:

1. Candidate should be from IT/ITES, Consulting, Large Media Holding/ Digital Marketing Industry.

2. Must have prior experience and understanding of digital marketing, internet advertising and technology platforms.

3. Exposure to partner programs and solutions of Salesforce and Adobe platforms would be an advantage.

4. The candidate must showcase a proven track record and skill in comprehending clients' macro business issues, demonstrating attention to detail through tailored problem-solving.

5. Experience with extended on-site solutions engagements at client offices is advantageous.

6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking to promote the brand and create new business opportunities.

7. Engage in marketing initiatives and strategies aimed at acquiring new business.

8. Prior experience in handling budgets, and teams, and achieving ambitious sales targets is essential.

9. Identify, evaluate, and explore new markets in the APAC region.

10. Proven success in securing large deals with strong negotiation skills.
