Our client is Hiring Senior Manager/Director - Sales &amp; Business Development in Mumbai &amp; South Africa location Key Responsibilities A dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales leader passionate about creating value for marketers through Big data analytics and persuasive digital marketing. - Create and execute new logo customer acquisition strategy for BFSI vertical. - Own and Deliver Quarterly/Annual order booking/revenue/pipeline target. - Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure - Engage prospects/Clients through diverse mediums ( Social Media, Warm Calling, Email, User groups etc.) and generate quality leads - Research, document and share market, product, competitor and customer insights - Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for engaging customers/prospects - Create /Review Quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with marketing and Sales leadership team - Update CRM system regularly and submit timely MIS Qualifications - Undergraduate degree. Preferred with an MBA - Experience: 6 to 12 years - Proven experience in consultative selling to BFSI and exceeding Sales targets &gt; USD 1 million - Proven experience in navigating and mapping complex matrix organizations in BFSI Industry - Proven experience in lead generation using digital marketing mediums (Social media,Email, Web etc.) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Process and system driven &gt; Work towards automation &amp; streamlining of processes - Analytics /Adtech/Media/Tech industry/ Digital marketing experience would be a big plus - Experience in selling SAAS products is a big plus - Excited about working in entrepreneurial ecosystem
