- The Head of Employee Experience will be responsible for creating and implementing an employee experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports their mission to provide exceptional service to employees. The role will focus on enhancing the employee experience through employee engagement, communication, and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop and implement an employee experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports the organisation's mission
- Be the people champion when it comes to the employee experience across processes, technology and other touchpoints
- Create and deliver employee engagement programs that foster a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement communication strategies that keep employees informed and engaged
- Identify and assess the employee experience needs of the organisation and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify and implement best practices in employee experience
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee experience and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HRBP/Employee Experience post MBA
- MBA from top institutions is a MUST
- Experience working in top product firms, large business/tech consulting organisations will be highly preferred
- High passion towards employee experience, high ownership is mandatory
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills is a must
