Senior Manager/Director - HR Business Partner - BPO/BFSI

Our client is one of the leading global financial services organisation, looking for Business Partner HR to Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and best practices: working with senior business management and the leadership team.

- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance assessment, skills assessment and development.

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements etc.

Looking for candidates with education from Premier Institution and with a minimum of 12 years experience from a MNC company.

Role is based in Bangalore
