Senior Manager/Director - Global Mobility & Travel Operations - BPO/ITeS

As a Senior Manager / Director Global Mobility and Travel Operations you will be responsible for

- Establish policies and procedures for travel operations based on industry best practices

- Set up robust controls and checkpoints to ensure budgets are well spent

- Manage travel related vendors and establish deep industry connections

- Own end-to-end compliance related to travel and immigration

- Be the in-house expert on visa and other aspects of global mobility

- Manage both the travel as well global mobility operations

- Implement best practices and processes

- Vendor management for best caregiver experience and optimal prices

- Set up appropriate controls

- Be a Graduate/MBA with minimum of 12+ years of experience in travel operations and global mobility

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skill

- Effective communication(written/verbal) and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to develop highly functioning business relationships/stakeholder management
