Senior Manager/Director - Corporate Development - BFS

Responsibilities :

Financial :

1. Financial modelling for M&A, joint ventures, project development and financing activities

2. Strategic Planning and Program management

3. Serve as an integral member of company's strategic planning effort to identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities

4. Program Management for capability building in new and existing business verticals, MnA, JV process, etc

5. Take increasing responsibility in leading screening assessments

Market Research and Analysis :

1. Competitor analysis

2. Industry trends in key target markets

3. Assessment of alternative business models most effective ways of selling company's products/ services to customers

Other :

1. Assist in creating presentation materials for executive management, potential partners and customers.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE :

1. Degree from reputed college

2. 6-10 years experience in financial consulting, investment banking, or corporate financial analysis

3. Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including advanced Excel modelling skills
