Senior Manager/Director - Business Finance - Consumer Durable

As part of the Finance & Business team

- Assist in the development and execution of processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools.

- Develop scenario models in support of the assessment of business development and growth opportunities

- Partner with the business teams to design effective commercial processes

- For new commercial transactions,

1. Design the end to end process for sales, operations & finance,

2. Define the reconciliation process

3. Ensure an effective collection process

- Support in the transformation of existing processes to enhance customer experience and ensure cost efficiency

- Define the process for customer and vendor account management

- Determine tax implications of a transaction

- Work closely with Senior Management across departments from each business line to develop, implement and maintain an effective process that will guide the company's performance.

- Influence key stakeholders across the organization to implement processes

Skills Required

- CA/MBA with 6-8 year of post Qualification

- High level so finitiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities

- Strong numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning and logical deduction skills

- Strong excel skills

- This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.

- Multitask oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one's work.

- Has supervisory responsibilities on special projects concerning Finance Operations
