Direct Taxation - Co-ordinate all income tax-related activities for the company including computation of income for income tax purposes, filing of ITR, Preparing submissions and appearance before assessing officer and appellate authorities - CIT appeals, tribunal, Briefing and coordinating with counsels for High Court and Supreme Court matters, etc. - Calculation of Advance Tax and Self assessment tax Liability Participate in Quarterly and Annual closing of accounts and Work with statutory auditors for deferred tax, provisions, contingents, income tax account reconciliations. - Participate in tax audits & engage with auditors on Companies Act related matters as required - Transfer Pricing Audit and Documentation. Reports and documentation for exemption claims. - Prepare Refunds and Litigation MIS - Ensure TDS Compliances.
