Profile - Sr. Manager - Direct Taxation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate should possess good knowledge of Corporate Direct Taxes and should be well versed with the assessment procedures.

(a) Shall be required to handle the following tasks:

- Filing of Annual Income Tax Return along with 3 CD and other related Returns

- Filing of Quarterly TDS Returns under various Heads

- Checking of Tax Computation of employees for TDS purpose

- Knowledge about preparation of books under 80 IC and 80 I E

- Annual Assessment with the Tax Authorities and replies thereby

- Preparation of various details as required for completion of Annual assessments.

- Handling transfer pricing  

- Maintaining tax MIS year wise

- Compliance with all direct tax provisions
