Senior Manager, Taxation (Direct/Indirect) - Preparation & filing of GST monthly Returns, annual returns Review of GST export sales reconciliation, RCM reports, expense wise summary, job work report, eway bills summary etc - To deal with GST authorities for refund and related matters - Continuously review the GST credit admissibility. - Providing guidance to team on an ongoing basis on indirect tax updates - Handling of GST/service tax audit and special audit - Drafting reply of show cause notices and appeals - Ensuring Timely and Accurate compilation of data for returns and audit. - Prepare MIS reports of Taxation. - Knowledge of Income Tax Provisions - Computation of Advance Tax under Income Tax Act, - Tax Computation and planning for the company and employees. - Computation of Deferred Tax. - Preparation of Form 3CD along with Annexures for Tax Audit - TDS Compliance i.e. Preparation, timely payment, uploading of TDS return, issue of TDS certificate and also providing guidance to team on an ongoing basis. - MAT Computation under section 115JB and tax computation under section 115BAA and 115BAB - Preparation of documents for income tax assessment purposes.Co-ordination and solving queries of tax, statutory and cost auditor. - Ledger scrutiny of all income, expenses, asset & liability account including debtors and creditors scrutiny. - Quarterly finalization of Balance sheet to be submitted to management. - Finalization of Annual books of account in accordance to applicable accounting standards and company act 2013.
