These responsibilities include some of the following: - Your role will bring technical expertise with project management acumen, ensuring seamless coordination and the successful implementation of AI/ML initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives. - Identify potential project risks related to AI/ML implementation and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and address issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes. - Implement project reviews and quality assurance to execute goals and stakeholder satisfaction successfully. - Gather a detailed understanding of the portfolio, principles and company direction and embed these in the projects. - We are looking for professionals with these skills to achieve our goals. - If you have them, we would like to speak to you. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably involving AI/ML implementation. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus. - Have worked as Scrum Master or Agile Coach. - Consulting mindset with impactful story lining and presentation skills. - Agile and new ways of working with practitioner. - Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organisational skills. - Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude. - Superb persuading and influencing skills.
