We have 1 very urgent position in one of the best and established MNC BANKING client :-

Location :- Mumbai ( FORT )

CTC : Negotiable ; depending upon current CTC and relevant experience.

Position : Senior Manager - Digital transactions operations / Digital cash ops

Section : Wholesale Banking - digital cash operations

Reporting : Head Cash Operations

Job Purpose :

- Manage Digital banking payment operation.

Key Accountabilities :

- Managing daily Digital banking operations ( eg Mobile banking, wallets, bill payment etc.)

- Liaison with BU on various new projects.

- Managing UAT for various projects

- Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level

- Achieve agreed SLAs with vendors and internal units

- Compliance to local /group guidelines and regulations

- Establish control points and ensure the adherence

- Any Other responsibilities assigned by the bank from time to time

Job Duties & responsibilities :

- Daily Transaction monitoring.

- Establishing new and audit existing control check points

- GL & Suspense Verification

- Daily Backlog Transaction Monitoring

- Daily Operations Control

- SLA Monitoring

- Dashboard on Project status

- Building seamless digital process flows

Requirements :

- Preferably Post Graduate with relevant experience in internal audit department from Digital Banking ; Mobile Banking ; Payment eCommerce ventures ; m commerce TELECOM organisations.

- Individuals who have prior work experience in supporting Operations of Digital Products like Mobile Banking, Wallets, IMPS etc. [ Internet Banking / Payment gateway ops / Mobile web banking etc. ]

- People Management ( in future if team is allotted, should be able to lead them by example ).

- Leadership Skills

- Strategising and Problem solving skills

Technical Competencies :

- Good Computer Skills

- Overview of systems used in Cash Operations business

- Vendor Management

Work Relationship :

- Excellent communication skills

- Presentation skills
