Senior Manager - Digital Supply Chain

Role objectives :

The Sr Mgr. Digital Supply Chain, will be a key stakeholder within Client's digital organization and drive the digital products vision and help realize that with business.

1. Drive supply chain related digital products and solutions for the enterprise

- Shape, design and help drive digital products and solutions around planning, inventory, warehousing, sourcing - procurement and allied areas e.g. fleet management, transportation etc.

- Bring leading SaaS applications, advanced analytics, and range of technologies to enable core transactions, insights and track-trace across Client's supply chain

- Help define the architecture around these solutions, identify and assess suitable technologies / products and manage the overall implementation of these solutions

- Selection the right vendor partner for the end to end digital transformation and working hand in hand to plan out the entire transformation plan

- Along with the Head - Digital , ensure suitable business value delivery from these projects

2. Own these digital products and solutions and ensure suitable maintenance and availability of these applications

- Ensure ongoing availability, support and maintenance of digital products and solutions in the relevant areas

- Integration to 3rd party players especially ones needed for eCommerce partners and provide visibility across Client's value chain

- Building the team as needed to successfully implement the digital vision

Experience and skill set requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in developing, architecting, and managing suitable digital / technology products and solutions specifically focused on the supply chain, logistics side

- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard SCP practices and supporting industry principles

- Experience in Supply chain packages around planning, inventory, warehousing, sourcing - procurement both around Oracle, SAP and leading SaaS players e.g. E2Open, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle TMS, Ariba, GEP, iValua, Coupa etc.

- Exposure and understanding of SAP ERP and ability to integrate newer supply chain packages around the core

- Good handle around analytics and IoT technologies

- Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team
