Senior Manager - Digital Media - NGO/Social Service

What we are looking for :

- A thorough understanding of social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

- A good command over English, Hindi and adept communication skills (other languages bonus)

- A grasp on credible and non-credible sources of information

- A fair understanding of mental health

Job Description :

- Creating relevant content, assist with strategy and method of execution for the organization's digital channels

- Managing regional content generation for the organization's digital channels

- Ensuring all content that goes on TLLLF's channels are factually accurate

- Managing and enhancing the organization's ORM (Online Reputation Management)

- Monitoring and coordinating website, social media and other vendor agencies

- Identifying correct resources and vendors for content creation

- Reviewing and upgrading social media platforms and the website

- Work closely with the programme, research and PR teams

- Support and participate in all the organization's events and activities
