Senior Manager - Digital Marketing role will assume all execution and strategic responsibility for managing paid and unpaid digital marketing channels across geographies. Using classic digital marketing and offline marketing strategies for ecommerce, the role holder will be expected to demonstrate strategic thinking to lead the company in its next stage of growth. The role holder will be expected to have had significant exposure to digital marketing, CRO techniques and direct response marketing. He/she should demonstrate out of the box thinking and knowledge of cutting edge marketing techniques

The candidate can look forward to excellent global exposure spanning Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the Americas. He/she can look forward to developing strategic capabilities to guide company growth. This is role is a fast track path to Marketing Director and will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (Global). Over time the candidate will have the unique opportunity to be involved in informing the entry strategy for breaking ground in new markets. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to lead marketing strategy, build global teams and stay at the cutting edge of ecommerce decision making.

The role holder will report to the CMO and will have significant contact with the CEO. There will be decision making involved around teams, agencies and marketing suppliers.

Skills & Experience :

- Can work fluently with Excel and PowerPoint

- Can interpret and work with Google Analytics

- Can manage a team of 8-9 people

- Is analytical and can understand and interpret numerical information and data patterns

- Understands and has worked with Google Analytics

- Has had hands-on past exposure to executing campaign level work on Adwords and SEO

- Has exposure to CRO techniques and understands website as well as Email UI/UX

- Can take instruction well and is fast at grasping analytical concepts

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills to quickly establish strong relationships at all levels of the business

- Is good at planning and organization

- Demonstrates ability to look at marketing holistically while tying in different channels towards singular objectives

- Demonstrates ability to create and lead teams

- Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking

- Is a team player and likes fast-paced environment

- Can operate confidently in a fast paced, commercially rigorous culture and work well within a small team

- Ideally comes from a good school with an MBA

- Demonstrates a good grasp of the ecommerce environment and metrics
