Job Responsibilities : - The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing effective marketing plans, coordinating with our digital team, and managing all aspects of marketing. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to create result-based success and beat the competition through effective monitoring of data, web traffic and other key metrics. - Manage KPIs, ROIs, budgets and all digital marketing channels pertaining to the business. - Suggest measures of improvement and motivate the team to achieve the goals & objectives. - Ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadership. - Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. - Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. - Manage/maintain client's websites apps and other digital properties, improving the usability, design, content, data capture and conversion conducting quarterly reviews making recommendations for improvements based on data analysis. - Manage the Digital Marketing team and lead associated relationships (e.g. UX/UI,web design & build (in partnership with IT), SEO/PPC, Content, Social and Research. - Marketing and other requirements on a needs basis)the redesign / rebuild of all University websites apps and other digital properties, improving the usability, design, content and conversion. - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website based on a variety of data sources (Google Analytics, user testing, focus groups and other sources). - Co-develop / consult on digital marketing campaigns and techniques with the Brand & Campaign Marketing team, ensuring a range of digital marketing techniques within wider marketing plans (including SEO, PPC, and programmatic) are utilised. - Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing, evaluating customer research,market conditions and competitor data. - Should have a working knowledge of listening and analytics tools - free and paid like (sprinklr hootsuite, meltwater etc.) Requirements : - 5-7+ years- experience in all aspects of digital marketing (especially Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads). - Superior communication skills (Fluent in English). - Leadership and Team Management capabilities. - Graduated from a Reputed College /Institute. - Ability to identify opportunities for growth and create strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
