Position : Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Locations : Mumbai Education : UG/Certification in Digital Marketing Experience : 7 Years Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : Responsibilities: - Candidate will be a Hands-on technical consultant who will oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns - Should be able to generate lead for in-house B2B and B2C clients across google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media - Monitor campaign budgets - Manage social media platforms - Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign's overall performance - Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results - Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience - Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics - Specialized in the scaling Start-ups, building ROI driven strategy, traffic, and revenue management - Can manage cross-functional work, experienced in handling agencies, and can work with Sr. management effectively - Manage and Maintain website - Should be able to handle and manage large team effectively Desired Profile: - Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns - Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, on-page SEO techniques and off-page SEO.) - Good SEO/SEM experience ( Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing, e.g.: Google Ads) - Working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Working Knowledge of Google Tag Manager - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member.
