Location: Bangalore, India Position Background Digital marketing team is among most successful teams along with very high visibility within our Org structure. We are looking for Digital Marketing leader who can handle both Free & Paid marketing channels effectively & efficiently. This position requires you to handle Digital Marketing channels independently for end to end execution of projects/ideas. Key responsibilities - Expert level knowledge of SEO, SEM, RT, Display, App marketing etc - Create roadmap for Free/Paid channels - Plan & Manage execution of projects with clear visibility to senior management on the status & impact - Negotiate with cross functional teams - Work closely with development team in resolving all adhoc prioritisation/clarifications - Create technical OKRs (Objective and Key Results) for every quarter for SEO and paid channels - Design and execute a channel growth plan to expand the business aggressively - Manage Flipkart's SEO optimization and evolution across all categories & product lines - Ideate, design & lead all SEO initiatives in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance and Business teams. - Evangelize the SEO business and its needs. Represent SEO at key technical forums - Exec presentations, Product Reviews, OKRs - to ensure visibility for the business Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering(top-tier colleges) required; MBA(top-tier) preferred but not mandatory - 6 to 10 yrs in Digital Marketing, or Management consulting experience required - E-commerce SEO experience is strongly preferred - Demonstrated leadership experience and effective coaching skills for high-potential talent - Very strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills (externally and internally at all levels) - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheet modeling and trend forecasting (superior Microsoft Excel skills a must) - Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment - Excellent presentation skills, including superior Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge - Need to be self motivated and proactive
